Divine Matrix Book ReviewDiscovering the Link between Quantum Science and Spirituality
The Divine Matrix not only explores the links between quantum science and spirituality, it goes deeper to offer a working model on creating positive change.
Gregg Braden is no stranger to the world of spiritual teachings. Most people in spiritual circles are familiar with his prior works including Awakening to Zero Point and the Isaiah Effect. In Divine Matrix; Bridging Time, Space, Miracles and Belief, Gregg Braden really brings it all together for the reader. The subject of this book is the link between quantum theory and the nature of spirituality, manifestation and healing. Part 1 of this book is Discovering the Divine Matrix, the Mystery that Connects all Things. Part 2 is The Bridge between Imagination and Reality. Part 3, titled Messages from the Divine Matrix, Living Loving and Healing in Quantum Awareness brings together how this model impacts daily life. Interconnectedness of All LifeStarting with the origins of quantum theory, Gregg Braden describes in simple terms the nature of interconnectedness. Max Planck in 1944 is considered to be the father of quantum physics. He is the one who coined the phrase the matrix to describe the birth of everything. The matrix not only describes the container in which everything happens but also the contents. It was physicist John Wheeler who took another big step by describing it as a participatory universe, where the very act of observation affects the outcome. Most importantly, the experiment of observing separated particles is discussed. When two particles are separated by great distances they still act as if they are in communication with one another. This fuelled the theories that there is no empty space, and instead an interconnectedness of all matter exists. Termed quantum weirdness, this is a major stepping stone to the holographic model of the universe where the fragment contains the information of the whole. Gregg Braden builds upon these major departures from old guard thought, to bridge in spiritual models of belief and outcome. Feelings are the Agent of ChangeGregg Braden describes through both theory and anecdotal stories the process in which people can create change and healing their lives. Building on the basis that observation and belief affect the manifestation of form in the Divine Matrix, Gregg Braden describes that it is emotional investment that is the fuel to initiate change. That is to say, if the change is desired then it has to be already felt as happened within the heart and mind. 20 Keys of Conscious CreatingGregg Braden offers throughout the book 20 keys to conscious creating. Although it is the rest of the book that makes it interesting, the keys will provide a step by step pathway for some. Other may find that the keys just complicate a simple process. Implications of Quantum Theory in HealingThis book does a very good job in bridging the thought provoking theories of quantum physics into the world of healing. For anyone involved in energy healing, distance/absentee healing, or manifestation work, this book provides a link from the science to the magic of healing. Although there are a number of books on the subject of spirituality meeting quantum physics and the holographic nature of the universe, this book really manages to bring it together in an accessible and cohesive format. While keeping its feet planted in the science, it stretches out its arms into the mystery of creation. ReferenceDivine Matrix; Bridging Time, Space, Miracles and Belief, Gregg Braden, Hay House 2008
