Estimated at an average of 7.83 Hz, the Schumann Resonance is the basic frequency of the earth. Many proponents have called it the “tuning fork” of the planet, claiming that it generates natural healing properties when living things are entrained to its rhythm. Entrainment occurs when two objects are synchronized by a common vibration. When two or more objects resonate together, they are in tune. Being in tune with the Schumann Resonance is to be in touch with the fundamental flow of one’s being. Three ways to access this frequency are Alpha Brian waves, Meditation and Dolphin Contact.
Alpha Brain Waves
It was Dr. Herbert König, Schumann’s successor at Munich University, who demonstrated a connection between Schumann Resonance and brain rhythms. König compared human EEG recordings with natural electromagnetic fields in the environment and found that the average frequency produced by Schumann vibrations coincided with the frequency of alpha rhythms—the brain frequency of the relaxed and creative mind. Moreover, König discovered that the dominant brain wave rhythm of all mammals in alpha or resting state is 7.83 Hz .
In one experiment, student volunteers lived for four weeks in a hermetically sealed environment that screened out magnetic fields, specifically the 7.83 Hz frequency. These students started suffering emotional distress and migraine headaches which were immediately cleared after a brief exposure to 7.83 Hz. frequency. Alpha brain waves can be produced in the brain simply by relaxing and cultivating an “openness” in attitude and thought.
Meditation
A “tuned system” occurs when a transmitter is accepted by a receiver. When one oscillator resonates with another, energy information is transferred and the participants become part of a field. During deep meditation, when alpha and theta waves are stimulated, resonance is created between the human mind and the planet earth. This synchrony not only generates a rise in consciousness energy, it consolidates the benefits of improved health.
Dolphin Contact
According to AquaThought Foundation, human contact with dolphins induces both Alpha brain state and hemispheric synchronization in the brain. This is because dolphins produce sound waves that coincide with the Schumann Resonance Frequency at 7.83 Hz. . Dolphins communicate with clicking sounds that generate biosonar sound energy ( dolphin echolation). These sound waves have ultrasonic frequencies four times higher than that produced by current ultrasound machines. According to one therapeutic model, dolphin echolation can transmit resonant frequencies that stimulate healing changes in human cells, tissue and structure. Studies show that neurotransmitter production is dramatically affected by dolphin contact. Swimming with dolphins can help clear and center the human energy field.
Modern technology, however, is creating a serious threat to man’s connection with earth’s fundamental frequency. Artificial man-made EMF radiation, wireless technology, especially microwaves pulsed at frequencies close to the Schumann Resonance are all emerging threats to man’s connection with the natural vibrations of life.
