I have no fear of The Da Vinci Code. I tried to read it, but couldn't get interested in it. So I just kind of skimmed through it. I did see the movie, and wasn't impressed.

I find it laughable that feminists are latching onto the ancient Gnostics, when some of these Gnostic documents were very sexist. Much more so than canonized Scripture - and I, by the way, do not concede that the Bible is sexist. The first evangelist of Jesus' resurrection was.....a woman. And that's according to canonized Scripture.
