In response to Support Groups posted by pink101:Ok I read it and was not sure if it was a story about spiritual helpers. I agree with this idea.
I feel that the true state is the spiritual state. To that end we are spirit and that there are spirit helpers around us who are here to assist us in learning from this physical experience as we process it mentally and learn to integrate it into our spiritual selves.
Therefore, the idea of body, mind and spirit to me is interconnected. I see the mind as the thing that connects the body to the spirit and our spirit is the core of us while the body has physical experiences here and the mind interprets them for us to understand and integrate as part of our spiritual core.
Does that make sense to you? How do you see it? Any other thoughts?

In response to Information posted by pink101:Yes of all the mystical paths. I think Kabbalah is closest to Spiritualism. Very interesting link. Where did you get it? I want to look at the other lessons if there are more.
I was told by one Jewish friend that if not for the Spirit Communication part of it, my beliefs and the way I live them would make me an excellent Jewess... I felt that was a very high complement!
